The company PPHU Matrix Metal provides services in the field of metalworking, CNC turning, CNC milling, machining of custom details. We have been operating on the market since 2007, more than 15 years of experience in the industry means that we are able to carry out complex projects, offering attractive prices and completion dates.
The company is headquartered in LODZ, central Poland/Europe.
We offer mainly aluminium enclosures:
- manufactured from 5083, 5086 aluminium grade
- excellent tolerances +-0,01mm
- threaded holes (M2 - M16)
- holes for connectors
- finish treatment: sandblasting, anodizing (black, natural and color)

We produce precise details using modern CNC and manual numerically controlled machines. Our machine park includes, among others:

• working area (X,Y,Z): 1000 x 600 x 300 mm
• processed materials – aluminum, brass, steel, plastics (poliamid, poliacetal, POM, PA)
CNC turning machines
- Centrum Famot 200 CNC (Siemens 840D)
- Cincinnti Hawk 200M (Fanuc 21iT)

- Max turning diameter – 300mm
- Max turning length – 500mm (up to 2000mm manual machines)
- Max spindle bore – 65mm (up to 120mm manual machines)
Additionally, the FAMOT 200 and Cincinnati Hawk 200 lathes have powered tools and the ability to drill and chisel.
